# Pronunciation audio attribution

The 58 `.mp3` recordings in this directory are Wikimedia Commons MP3
transcodes of unmodified U.S. English word pronunciations recorded by
Wikimedia Commons user **Dvortygirl**.

Added consonant minimal-pair words: cap, cab, bid, back, bag, vest, west, fine,
vine, thick, sick, rice, rise, breathe, breeze.

Added retry-only transfer words: robe, pig, wine, think, bathe. The retry bank
also reuses ship, seat, said, lock, and full under a consonant target so every
new consonant can be retried with a different word.
